Merlot's having a resurgence back into the wine community; it's natural nature of , "not too heavy, not too light" is winning friends back like it always has. Juicy plums, fresh red berries + light palate weight is suited to flavoursome salads, lighter meat dishes + long conversations -
A full flavoured Germanic style - think lemon and limes, Medium dry style. Enjoy with seafood, salads and great company. John Gehrig's heritage lends to extensive experience in producing this classic gem. A white wine made from King Valley grapes. -
An underrated variety by the wine press, a fantastic variety that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. If you like Sav Blanc – then give this one a try ( it may become your new favourite) Fresh notes of apple & pear plus white nectarine that appeal to the nose & taste on the palate, mid weight palate with a slight sweet finish- a great complement to fresh seafood, salad and spicy Asian/fusion dishes. -
Perseverance, patience and attention to detail has allowed us to produce this Cab Sav our second release from our Rutherglen vineyard.
