Perseverance, patience and attention to detail has allowed us to produce this Durif, a variety synonymous with North East Victoria.Fruit sourced for this vintage is from our Rutherglen vineyard. Durif makes a full flavoured dry red, rich plumy aroma and strong mouthfeel.
  • This vintage is nicknamed “Grace’s Gamay”after our 6 year old daughters fascination with vintage pump overs + foot plunging. So this wine contains youthful enthusiasm. Great for pizza, pasta, antipasto dining or light game dishes or just lazing around!
  • A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.
  • A blend of Merlot, Pinot and Cabernet. We suggest you enjoy this wine mid week with a great pasta or even a BBQ with friends! Formally known as King River Red, but the fruit used to produce this wine comes from our two vineyards YES located on two different rivers
  • A vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot & Petit Verdot grapes makes a rich succulent style of wine, ripe fruits, firm tannins and good aging potential. This wine is rich and full bodied just like a Bordeaux region in France. Our own Elizabeth ( dec.2011) has the credit here : her dealings with grape pickers and pruning this multi varietal block have been understated pickers were constantly asking cant we pick all these grapes together? There all red aren’t they? One word Liz? Patience….Winemaking can only do so much. Enjoy with a full flavoured cheese, gamey meats and the odd gourmet pie! Just been awarded a Silver at the Victoria Wine Show 2019
  • Gooramadda is a premium vineyard site producing deeply purple coloured, full flavoured style of shiraz. Think rich red berries, fruit ripe palate of black cherries, licorice, spices and dark chocolate. Ideally suited with flavoursome steak dishes and talkative friends.
  • This complex full bodied Chardonnay has been aged in French and American oak to compliment some great chardy grapes. Easy drinking, wooded dry white showing peach, passionfruit & melon fruit characters combined with vanilla from the American oak. Enjoy with pasta, fresh oysters, shell fish or a roast leg of pork.

An underrated variety by the wine press, a fantastic variety that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. If you like Sav Blanc – then give this one a try ( it may become your new favourite) Fresh apples and pears appeal to the nose, mid weight palate with a lingering acid finish- a great complement to fresh seafood, salad and spicy Asian dishes. New Vintage as of October 2021 - replacing the green apple- zesty 2018!
  • Our commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; slight trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the riesling variety. Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste
  • A sweeter style of wine, made from light muscat grapes. We have been making this gem for many years -well before the latest moscato craze. Playfull pink, balanced sweetness & made to be an easy drinking wine to relax with friends. Enjoy chilled with a Thai or a Chinese meal!
