AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

We ship all orders via wine cartons using Australia Post, Amrax (fastways) & local region providers, your tracking number will be emailed directly to you once your item has been shipped if you provide those details & Aramex is the chosen provider.

Orders placed before 9am Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day, any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.  Victorian orders please allow 1-2 business days & Other states 2-3 business days for your online order to reach you.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and shipping times can sometimes be out of our hands with shipping time frames. Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business address must include the business name. If parcels are not collected, or required to be returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Please note once you have placed your order you are committing to the sale and declaring that all details entered including the shipping address is correct. If you do find that you have entered incorrect shipping information please email ASAP at [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the mistake. To avoid additional postage costs please be careful when choosing the right product.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
You can track your order via the Australia Post website or Aramex
If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact us and we will assist you using the tracking/reference number supplied to you to locate your parcel.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you wish to collect your order in store rather than via post, please select our local pick up and collect option in the checkout area when processing your order. All in store pickups can be collected from 80 Gehrigs Lane Oxley Vic 3678. You will be sent an email when your parcel is ready to be collected.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you are a consumer, you are entitled to certain statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law with respect to our Goods.

In particular:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to receive a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does amount to a major failure.
