Rich raisins & currants flavours are found as the fruit is late picked it has a rose petal aroma and a great sweet palate. Liqueur Fox – you may ask the name Fox …… Well that was John’s nickname when he was playing sport as he was cunning and sly as a fox. Just like when we were blending fortified wines he would appear and want to taste the best barrels and say this one is to good for the bottle..
