This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat. The “bottle blend” muscat is from 10+ year successive vintages of this distinctive varietal have been blended with older material to make a traditional North East Victoria Muscat. Rich raisins & currants flavours are found as the fruit is late picked it has a rose petal aroma and a great sweet palate.
