A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets. -
Gooramadda is a premium vineyard site producing deeply purple coloured, full flavoured style of shiraz. Think rich red berries, fruit ripe palate of black cherries, licorice, spices and dark chocolate. Ideally suited with flavoursome steak dishes and talkative friends. -
This complex full bodied Chardonnay has been aged in French and American oak to compliment some great chardy grapes. Easy drinking, wooded dry white showing peach, passionfruit & melon fruit characters combined with vanilla from the American oak. Enjoy with pasta, fresh oysters, shell fish or a roast leg of pork. -
This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat.
