This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat. A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.

Cellar cats are mischievous ones, always in & out of trouble and observing the goings on in the cellar. They must wonder why we spend time tending this luscious nectar, but with multiple vintages blended into this muscat, one can see why all the effort. Try with fresh fruits and icecream, chocolate and purring acquaintances.

Our commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; slight trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the riesling variety. Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste
