Out of stockA goose is always perceived to lay a golden egg, well in this case a golden drop! Our sweet fortified white (chardonnay & treb) would make even the fussiest goose flap its wings in delight! Old school winemaking helps blend together a forgotten classic. Suited for trifle, sweet desserts or cold nights!

This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat. A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.
