This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat. Gooramadda is a premium vineyard site producing deeply purple coloured, full flavoured style of shiraz. Think rich red berries, fruit ripe palate of black cherries, licorice, spices and dark chocolate. Ideally suited with flavoursome steak dishes and talkative friends. -
A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets. -

Shiraz & Durif varieties are synonymous with North East Victoria, high alcohol reds and vintage port. Its high colour and fresh boysenberries and firm tannins make superb vintage port material, thus this 2006 vintage evolved. Perfect partner to full flavoured/ hard cheese or dark chocolate.
