A vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot & Petit Verdot grapes makes a rich succulent style of wine, ripe fruits, firm tannins and good aging potential.This wine is rich and full bodied just like a Bordeaux region in France. Our own Elizabeth ( dec.2011) has the credit here : her dealings with grape pickers and pruning this multi varietal block have been understated pickers were constantly asking cant we pick all these grapes together? There all red aren’t they? One word Liz? Patience….Winemaking can only do so much. Enjoy with a full flavoured cheese, gamey meats and the odd gourmet pie! Just been awarded a Silver at the Victoria Wine Show 2019
