Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste -
