An underrated variety by the wine press, a fantastic variety that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. If you like Sav Blanc – then give this one a try ( it may become your new favourite) Fresh notes of tropical fruits like passion fruit that appeal to the nose & taste of pear on the palate, mid weight palate with a slight lingering acid finish- a great complement to fresh seafood, salad and spicy Asian dishes.
