An underrated variety by the wine press, a fantastic variety that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. If you like Sav Blanc – then give this one a try ( it may become your new favourite) Fresh apples and pears appeal to the nose, mid weight palate with a lingering acid finish- a great complement to fresh seafood, salad and spicy Asian dishes. New Vintage as of October 2021 - replacing the green apple- zesty 2018!
-
This complex full bodied Chardonnay has been aged in French and American oak to compliment some great chardy grapes. Easy drinking, wooded dry white showing peach, passionfruit & melon fruit characters combined with vanilla from the American oak. Enjoy with pasta, fresh oysters, shell fish or a roast leg of pork.

A vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot & Petit Verdot grapes makes a rich succulent style of wine, ripe fruits, firm tannins and good aging potential. This wine is rich and full bodied just like a Bordeaux region in France. Our own Elizabeth ( dec.2011) has the credit here : her dealings with grape pickers and pruning this multi varietal block have been understated pickers were constantly asking cant we pick all these grapes together? There all red aren’t they? One word Liz? Patience….Winemaking can only do so much. Enjoy with a full flavoured cheese, gamey meats and the odd gourmet pie! Just been awarded a Silver at the Victoria Wine Show 2019

Our commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; slight trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the riesling variety. Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste

Cellar cats are mischievous ones, always in & out of trouble and observing the goings on in the cellar. They must wonder why we spend time tending this luscious nectar, but with multiple vintages blended into this muscat, one can see why all the effort. Try with fresh fruits and icecream, chocolate and purring acquaintances.
-
This wine is our premium Riesling, which in comparison is quite similar to Alsatian Rieslings; lemon, lime and citrus fruit flavours. A full bodied dry style, lingering flavours of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green apples. Try with smoked chicken, pork or salmon or any seafood. A very good food wine suitable for any white meat. James Halliday score 95 points

A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.
