Perseverance, patience and attention to detail has allowed us to produce this Durif, a variety synonymous with North East Victoria. Fruit sourced for this vintage is from our Rutherglen vineyard. Out of stockA unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir. Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential. Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.

Out of stockA vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot & Petit Verdot grapes makes a rich succulent style of wine, ripe fruits, firm tannins and good aging potential. This wine is rich and full bodied just like a Bordeaux region in France. Our own Elizabeth ( dec.2011) has the credit here : her dealings with grape pickers and pruning this multi varietal block have been understated pickers were constantly asking cant we pick all these grapes together? There all red aren’t they? One word Liz? Patience….Winemaking can only do so much. Enjoy with a full flavoured cheese, gamey meats and the odd gourmet pie! Just been awarded a Silver at the Victoria Wine Show 2019

An underrated variety by the wine press, a fantastic variety that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. If you like Sav Blanc – then give this one a try ( it may become your new favourite) Fresh notes of apple & pear plus white nectarine that appeal to the nose & taste on the palate, mid weight palate with a slight sweet finish- a great complement to fresh seafood, salad and spicy Asian/fusion dishes.

Out of stockOur commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; slight trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the riesling variety. Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste
