Our commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; slight trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the riesling variety. Citrus fruit aromatics and a medium palate weight make this classic German varietal suitable as an aperitif with smoked oysters, mussels or most traditional seafood dishes. It has a flowery bouquet of citrus & apple blossom, the palate infused with lime juice, the long finish marked by crisp acidity yet leaving the lime flavours on the aftertaste -
Shiraz & Durif varieties are synonymous with North East Victoria, high alcohol reds and vintage port. Its high colour and fresh boysenberries and firm tannins make superb vintage port material, thus this 2006 vintage evolved. Perfect partner to full flavoured/ hard cheese or dark chocolate. -
