The “bottle blend” muscat is from 10+ year successive vintages of this distinctive varietal have been blended with older material to make a traditional North East Victoria Muscat. Rich raisins & currants flavours are found as the fruit is late picked it has a rose petal aroma and a great sweet palate. Fox Liqueur– you may ask the name Fox …… Well that was John’s nickname when he was playing sport as he was cunning and sly as a fox. Just like when we were blending fortified wines he would appear and want to taste the best barrels and say this one is to good for the bottle.. Lots of love to John – I'm sure you John Gehrig fortified wine lovers will also enjoy this sweet fortified red. 375ml bottle of goodness!!! ....
This 2022 Chardonnay is made the old school way, big flavours, complex buttery notes and aged in French and American oak puncheons - the way Chardonnay deserves to be made. Enjoy with fresh oysters, shellfish or roast leg of pork. Fruit for this vintage was source from our King Valley & Rutherglen vineyard. White Wine.
