The “bottle blend” muscat is from 10+ year successive vintages of this distinctive varietal have been blended with older material to make a traditional North East Victoria Muscat. Rich raisins & currants flavours are found as the fruit is late picked it has a rose petal aroma and a great sweet palate. Fox Liqueur– you may ask the name Fox …… Well that was John’s nickname when he was playing sport as he was cunning and sly as a fox. Just like when we were blending fortified wines he would appear and want to taste the best barrels and say this one is to good for the bottle..
