Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential.
Strong aroma of native peppercorns and mushrooms with hints of mint and chocolate. Medium bodied wine showing cinnamon and spice on the palate, a good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.

This wine is full flavoured has a dry palate and great acidity. Think lemons and limes and the development of aged Riesling characters - kerosene and honeysuckle. A cracker of a year in the vineyard, thus resulting in a great wine that matches perfectly with seafood and salads and shared with significant friends.
